(Learning Opportunities! Connecting Kids! Experiencing Reading!) BOX project. L.O.C.K.E.R. boxes are collections of multimedia items (board books, DVDs, puppets, and so on) that can be checked out as a unit. Each box has a particular theme, and is designed to be used by young children and their parents.
